Every electricity Distributor in Australia (is obligated to provide and so) allows you to request your raw smart‑meter data. Refer to the ‘Selector’ field on the app landing page for the url’s to the Distributors.- Simply complete their request form or online process.
- The data file you will receive contains your actual interval usage – the most accurate information available for calculating your bill.
Step 2 — Upload Your Raw Data to the Formatting App
When you receive your raw meter file, upload it into the PowerBill® formatting app. The app automatically:- Cleans the file (removing all personal identifiers such as your NMI meter ID number and account number).
